A cleaning project at Philadelphia International Airport required security clearances.
On April 14, we received a phone call from Einstein Construction Group, based in Denton, TX. The company needed a next-day, post-construction cleanup job done here, at the Philadelphia International Airport’s Terminal E.
Their request: Shampoo the carpets, wash the windows, clean and reseal the VCT (vinyl composition tile) floor, and remove the lime and gypsum dust that coated all the surfaces. A client was moving into the space the next day, and Einstein needed the work done immediately.
There was a catch, though: Because the project was at the airport, they also had to find a company that could pass the airport’s security clearance — and because of the short turnaround time, that meant each worker would need to undergo a quick background check.
