Prospective employees train for 20 days with a master cleaning technician

We take time to thoroughly train every employee. Potential employees are selected for pre-employment training based on their honesty, good character, willingness to follow instructions and time management skills. Trainees spend their first 20 days working side-by-side with a master cleaning technician, to make sure they know the Reese system and know the special cleaning requirements of your building. This system has helped Reese maintain long-term contracts with valued clients. After the 20-day trial period, we know for sure whether this person is qualified to be a Reese cleaning technician.
